The 1789 Restaurant has a new pastry chef, Travis Olson, and arlington native who got his first culinary experience at age 12 in London making eclairs from European cookbooks. Check out his menu of traditional american desserts such as blackberry sundae with fresh blackberries and spiced caramel sauce or honey and spice cheesecake with warm buttered peaches and raspberries.
