2007 Wine Spectator Award of Excellence
1789 Restaurant has been been presented the Wine Spectator 2007 Award of Excellence. The Award of Excellence, which is awarded to select restauarants worldwide, recognizes a commitment to a fine wine list, with a sufficient selection of better producers along with a thematic match to the menu in both price and style. In order to attain this recognition, restaurants must meet specific criteria with respect to the size of the wine list and its selections.
