Dinner with Daniel
Enjoy the company of Executive Chef Daniel Giusti with the food and service of 1789 Restaurant. Daniel has reserved space in the restaurant for an intimate dinner with a few guests on Wednesday, March 31 at 7:00 pm featuring ingredients from Slow Food's Presidia. $125 inclusive of food, wine, gratuity and tax.

Monthly Cooking Class
Executive Chef Daniel Giusti opens up his kitchen to teach you to prepare family favorites for a traditional Easter meal. Guests will learn to prepare fresh ham, leg of lamb and a selection of egg dishes. Pastry Chef Travis Olson will demonstrate techniques for making hot cross buns and biscuits. The classes are followed by brunch with wine. Please choose from one of the following dates.
