Erin Claire

General Manager

Erin began her Clyde's Restaurant Group journey in 2010 as a Front Waiter at The Tombs while studying at Georgetown University. Over the years, she has taken on leadership roles at multiple CRG locations, including Clyde’s of Georgetown, Old Ebbitt Grill as Manager and later Assistant General Manager, General Manager at Clyde’s of Chevy Chase, and now General Manager at 1789 Restaurant. In March of 2025, she celebrated 15 years with Clyde's Restaurant Group, making her return to the Hilltop especially meaningful.

Erin's favorite part of working for CRG is watching teams take care of one another through the energy and chaos of hospitality, a spirit of camaraderie that inspires her every day.

Outside of work, Erin enjoys going to the movies and solving crossword puzzles.
